So over the last week, lunch has turned into a daily power struggle, with Jane refusing to eat what I make and also shooting down anything else I offer. Many days this week, Jane has gone up to take a nap after only having had a carrot stick or a couple of grapes. Today, she refused everything, including the quesadilla that I made for her, but then decided to get on my lap and devour much of my kale, tuna, and white bean salad. Question: Should I be pissed that she wasted yet another quesadilla (although Matt ate this one), or pleased that she’s eating a way healthier lunch??
