We went out for Korean bbq with our neighbors tonight and Jane ate everything in sight: cabbage salad, bean sprouts, some kind of fermented fish appetizer, bbq beef, pork, tongue, grilled onions, lettuce, egg, fresh seaweed, and rice, and I’m sure I’m forgetting something. She had a ball!
mmm, mmmm, good! (we got ice cream at Scoops after paddle tennis)
How do you like my new kicks?
My Pilates instructor Emilia brought her dog Skimo (short for eskimo) this morning and Jane loved him!
Why it takes us 15 minutes every day to walk from school to the car one block away!
Lot of action at school today! There were these ice-like colored crystals in a table that usually holds water, there was lots of playing in the sand, and then teacher Elizabeth played a fun game at the end where everyone had to jump and crawl and roll at the same time. Good stuff!

And then it hailed, and then Jane ate it
Next door neighbor Maggie (read: cheap labor) hanging out with Jane for a couple of hours while we get a few things done!
The reward after a long chilly walk with Papa: yummy squash bread (it’s way better than it sounds!)
Omg—we actually got Jane to wear a jacket!
A fun day at school (from top): having a tea party with teacher Elizabeth, playing at the water table with Giacomo and Nico, lingering at the snack table with G and N, and proof positive that it was a good day—clothes were so wet that we had to change at school, and paint all over the hands!
